Having many years work experience in an International Standards Organization (ISO) based quality environment, and as federal managers, the Applied Logistics Services, Inc. core management team understands the principles of quality management. As prior senior enlisted leaders in the Navy, our core management team has direct experience in using Total Quality Leadership (TQL), Total Quality Management (TQM), and Operational Risk Management (ORM) techniques to monitor results and maximize quality. We understand the need to mitigate risk to the customer through technical competence, sound fiscal control processes, and monitoring execution of tasking.
